I built this feature for Tessact. I built a face detection and tracking pipeline using InsightFace. It runs in production for JioHotstar and SunTV. The system handles multi-speaker videos with overlapping faces and lighting changes. I combined InsightFace detection with custom tracking logic and ReID to keep speakers consistent across cuts.
